Returns HTTP 403 to automated requests, so we could not audit its disclosures. The site is live in an ordinary browser. It is also hosted under the albay.gov.ph provincial domain rather than its own, which means the city’s web presence depends on the province keeping that domain running, and the province’s own site has not been updated since January 2023.
