The best LGU website in Bicol and it is not close. Publishes a Full Disclosure Policy section, annual budget, bids and projects, a Citizens Charter, ordinances back to 2026, executive orders archived to 2004, and a separate People’s Budget Portal. The one structural problem is that the content sits on the www2 subdomain while naga.gov.ph is the canonical name, which splits citations and search authority across two hostnames for no benefit.
