Add your business

The Bicol business directory is built from registered businesses only, checked against the register that governs the trade. That makes it slower to grow and worth more when it gets there.

  • Be registered

    The directory is built from businesses with a current mayor’s permit, plus DTI or SEC registration. That is the whole basis of it. A directory anyone can add themselves to is a listing site, and there are enough of those.

  • Fill in the form below

    Registered business name, the LGU that issued the permit, the barangay, one contact number, and what you actually do. Six fields that matter and three that are optional. It takes about two minutes.

  • We check the record, by name

    Which record depends on the trade. A pharmacy is checked against the FDA licence register, LPG against the Department of Energy, everything else against the permit record of the LGU you named. Nothing is published before that check happens.

  • Listing is free and stays free

    There is no paid placement and no featured tier. If we ever change that, the change gets announced on this page before it happens, not after.

What a listing gets you. A page that says your business is registered in your city, with your contact details, on a site that publishes its sources. No reviews, no ratings, no ranking. The value is that it is verified, not that it is promoted.

Nothing here is published when you press submit. It goes into a queue, gets checked, and then either appears or does not. If the check fails we do not publish it, and if we cannot reach the LGU we say so on the listing rather than guessing.

Pick the closest. We will move it if it belongs somewhere else.
As it appears on the mayor's permit, not the signage.
The city or municipality. This is what we check against.
Plus a street or landmark if there is one.
Optional. Many businesses here are found by landmark, and that is fine.

No charge, no featured tier, no card. We do not publish your email or permit number. If the permit check fails, the entry is declined and nothing appears.

How the check works

Which register backs which category

Some trades are licensed nationally, and where they are, that licence is stronger evidence than a mayor’s permit and anyone can check it themselves. These are the registers we use, and they are all public.

Pharmacies, clinics, labs
FDA

The FDA Verification Portal lists every licensed drug outlet with its licence number, owner, address, issue and expiry dates, and whether the licence is currently active. Confirmed working 17 August 2026.

LPG dealers
DOE

The Department of Energy publishes LPG players holding a valid Standards Compliance Certificate. The list is published as periodic PDFs rather than a live lookup, so a check here is against the most recent file.

Business name, any trade
DTI

DTI’s Business Name Registration System confirms a registered sole proprietorship name. It is exact-name only by design, and it says so: random searches are not permitted.

Everything else
The LGU

The mayor’s permit register of the city or municipality that issued it. Public records, but not one of the 114 LGUs in Bicol publishes theirs online, so this check is made by asking.

Why we cannot just import a list. Every register above answers “is this named business real”, and none of them answers “which hardware stores are in Guinobatan”. Searching the FDA portal for Daraga returns no records at all, because it matches establishment names and not addresses. That is the honest reason this directory starts near empty and fills one entry at a time, and it is also why an entry here means something that a scraped listing does not.
Corrections are welcome tooIf a listing on this site is wrong, out of date, or belongs to a business that has closed, use the same form and say so in the description. A directory that will not take corrections is just an old directory. See the directory and the sources page.
